Happy Birthday to

Today is my birthday, or is it?  🤔

I know from my past near death experience and several out- of-body experiences that I am spirit.   In other words, I am eternally spirit in this human experience and outside of it. 

God created me in this current form and placed me in my mother's womb for a purpose. 

Today, I celebrate the day that I came out of my mother's womb into this world. (Thank you, mum)! ❤️

To celebrate my birthday,  I went out with an old friend. 

First, we went to this immersive art experience consisting of 4 main galleries.  In each gallery, there are different masterpieces  which you either immerse yourself in or interact with. (see https://frameless.com/).

For me, the art galleries represent the human experience. I was the same when I walked into each gallery and was immersing mysellf in, nteracting with and enjoying/appreciating the art forms  I was the same when I walked out of the gallery. 

After the art gallery, my friend and  I had lunch at this restaurant and I had fish and chips. When I told the waiter we were celebrating my birthday, he gave me a free dessert, which I shared with my friend.

Thank you, God, for giving me Your gift of everlasting life through Jesus Christ; and loved ones to enjoy life with. ❤️

What is My Function?

At this expo I was working at, I was helping visitors print out their badges with the scanning machine. Whenever I or anyone got close to the scanning machine, it would automatically scan the barcode on their badge and print out another badge. I found  it quite hilarious. 😄 I had to either hide my lanyard badge inside my jacket or try not to stand close to the machine. It got me thinking about functions. The function of the scanning machine is to scan barcodes and print out badges. In other words, the machine has been programmed to scan barcodes and print out badges. About Angels

Do I believe in angels? I have always believed in angels. Years ago when a van came from nowhere and almost ran me over, someone pulled me out of the way. I turned round to thank the person, but there was no one there, at least they were not visible to my senses. I believe I was saved by an angel. When I followed the New Age, the belief was you could call on angels to do your bidding. Some people even worshipped angels. As a Christian, I now follow the teachings in the Bible. Angels appear frequently in the Bible. In the Bible: - Angels are God's messengers. For instance  the angel Gabriel was sent by God to tell the virgin Mary that she had been chosen to be the mother of Jesus. (Luke 1: 19) - Angels are sent by God to protect His people or fight various battles.(Psalm 91: 11-12; Revelation 12: 7) - Angels are not there to be at people's beck and call. If at First You Don't Succeed

So I put a quiche in the oven to heat it up. By the time I checked it again, it was overdone. I had to scrape the burnt bits off. I didn't share that information with my flatmate, who was at work at the time. The very next day, my flatmate bought me the exact same quiche from the supermarket. I told her I had "cooked" a quiche the day before but it was more burnt than cooked. I believe God had inspired my flatmate to buy that quiche for me. It was His way of saying, if at first you don't succeed, try again.😊 Tomorrow I will have the quiche and be sure to follow the heating instructions. Thank you, Lord, for caring about everything that concerns me including cooking. ❤️
