John 10: 10 ---- At Christmas, believers celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  On the 31 October aka Halloween, people celebrate Satan aka the devil and his demons. A lot of people believe the devil doesn't exist and think it's just harmless fun dressing up in demonic costumes, but they don't realise they're playing with fire and invoking evil spirits and dark entities.  If the devil and his minions didnt exist, Jesus wouldn't have talked  so much about the devil during His ministry.  In fact, Jesus said He came to restore what the devil had stolen. (John 10: 10) I no longer celebrate Halloween. If I want to dress up in costume, I either do so at a convention or when I am required to do so in a film production. John 10: 10 ---- Whenever I hear that someone passed away in their sleep, I see it as a spiritual attack.* I have been attacked three times in my "sleep" and had to fight to stay alive. The first time, I felt a hand trying to strangle me. I fought valiantly, but the hand was too strong. In desperation, I thought of a line from Psalm 23: 4 "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil." The hand immediately left me and I could breathe again. The second time it happened, I felt the hand pushing the blanket over my face and I couldn't breathe. A cautionary tale A week ago, I received a phone call from a private line. The caller addressed me by name and said they were calling from the fraud department from my bank. That got me alarmed. However, I silently thanked God for protecting me from fraud. He said they'd noticed some activity in my account and they believed someone had got access to my debit card and was using it to purchase something at this store. Did I know anyone in Glasgow (Scotland)? I said no. Have I recently been to Scotland? I said no. He said they were going to  have to block my card. He asked me to confirm recent transactions I have made including direct debits. I did. He asked me how much I had in my account. I told him. He then asked if I could confirm my card details and I did. He told me he was going to text me a code to confirm that I wanted to block my card. After I received the code, he said he was going to speak to his manager about the fraudulent transaction. He even gave me a reference numb...

John 10: 10 --- One very clever manoeuvre that the devil uses on people is he convinces them that he doesn't exist. If the devil wasn't real, Jesus would not have spoken about him as often as he did. In fact, Jesus' purpose on earth was to "destroy the works of the devil." (1 John 3: 8) So yes, the devil is definitely real.  The moment I decided I no longer wanted any part of the lie of reincarnation and wanted to know what Jesus meant by "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly" (John 10: 10), I was drawn into the devil's web of lies.
