The Prodigal Daughter Returns

On this day, ten years ago, my mum, Isa, left her body and her spirit and soul went to be with the Lord. While I know mum loved me, she loved Jesus Christ a zillion times more and I know she's with Him. I was devastated when Isa "left" as she was not only my mum, she was my cook, stylist, banker, teacher, sparring partner and friend. The best legacy that Isa left me was her love for the Lord. When I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, He healed my broken heart. Thank you, Isa, for playing the role of my mum and for sharing your love of Jesus Christ with me. We are now forever sisters-in-Christ. I know that one day we will be reunited, but there is no rush as I also know that even if I lived for a thousand years, when we meet again, it would be like you only saw me a moment ago. In my family, there's now my generation i.e. my immediate family and their children; and my many cousins and their children. While everything passes away Jesus, who was the Word made flesh (John 1: 14), has promised that those who live in Him and believe in Him shall never die. John 10: 10 --- One very clever manoeuvre that the devil uses on people is he convinces them that he doesn't exist. If the devil wasn't real, Jesus would not have spoken about him as often as he did. In fact, Jesus' purpose on earth was to "destroy the works of the devil." (1 John 3: 8) So yes, the devil is definitely real.  The moment I decided I no longer wanted any part of the lie of reincarnation and wanted to know what Jesus meant by "I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly" (John 10: 10), I was drawn into the devil's web of lies. John 10: 10 ----- I believe there are spirits for every condition, good or bad. For instance, there is a spirit of addiction. When that spirit possesses someone, it makes them addicted to various things like alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, sex etc. There is a spirit of death that makes you feel suicidal and puts thoughts in your head  to kill yourself. The moment there is a crisis and you feel slightly down, you start thinking about killing yourself. It's actually the spirit that is making you think those thoughts. For many years I was possessrd by the spirit of death and I fantasised constantly about suicide.
