The Prodigal Daughter Returns

Do I believe in angels? I have always believed in angels. Years ago when a van came from nowhere and almost ran me over, someone pulled me out of the way. I turned round to thank the person, but there was no one there, at least they were not visible to my senses. I believe I was saved by an angel. When I followed the New Age, the belief was you could call on angels to do your bidding. Some people even worshipped angels. As a Christian, I now follow the teachings in the Bible. Angels appear frequently in the Bible. In the Bible: - Angels are God's messengers. For instance  the angel Gabriel was sent by God to tell the virgin Mary that she had been chosen to be the mother of Jesus. (Luke 1: 19) - Angels are sent by God to protect His people or fight various battles.(Psalm 91: 11-12; Revelation 12: 7) - Angels are not there to be at people's beck and call. "Bless the Lord, you His angels, who excel in strength, who do His word, heeding the voice of His word. Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you ministers of His, who do His pleasure." Psalm 103: 20-21, NKJV --- Over the last two days, I worked at a recruitment festival for students and graduates where they could meet representatives of over 100 companies and attend various business seminars.7 On the day of the festival,  I was at the registration desk and we received thousands of students. I was pleased to register three students called Angel and one student called Gabriel.😊 Thank you, God, for your ministering angels who act on Your Word and follow Your will. ❤️ Photos of the place I was working at which is right opposite my church. 7

While we were waiting to cross at the traffic light, I noticed this teenage kid crossing over. He was so engrossed on his phone, he didn't see this car approaching. I screamed at him to look out and he ran across. A young lady, standing next to me, shook her head and said, "social media." 😊 I knew exactly what she meant.  Later, when I crossed over, I caught up with the kid, touched his arm  and told him to be careful. He apologised. I feel like his guardian angel. May God protect that kid wherever he goes! ❤️

As soon as I entered tjhe building, I noticed my friend standing next to the disabled lift. People who have kids in buggies also use that lift.  After my friend and I exchanged hugs, she told me the lift door wasn't working properly and she couldn't open the door. Hebrews 13: 2 ---- While I was queueing up to get on the bus, a man wearing a mask tapped my arm and asked me if everything was okay with me. I told him I was fine. He then walked away. Was that an angel, I wonder?
