Biblical Counselling, Beauty

I was watching a programme on this Christian channel about Biblical counselling. The counsellor was soeaking to this young woman who unhappy with her looks because she believed she didn't meet the world's idea of beauty.

The counsellor reminded her that believers in Christ do not follow the world's standards, but what the Word teaches. The counsellor referred his client to 1 Peter 3: 3-4.
"Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight."
The client really liked that idea of beauty of her inner self.
I believe when you cultivate the "fruit of the Spirit" like love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness etc (Galatians 5: 22-23), those qualities shine through which make you beautiful.
I am infinitely beautiful in Christ. ❤️
