Fear Not, God Loves Me

 "It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; snd while they are still speaking, I will hear." Isaiah 65: 24

When I woke up this morning, I spokr.to the Lord about an issue.  The answers I received in my thought were:

"God loves me"

and

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." 1 Timothy 1: 7

While I was having a shower, I continued to meditate on both ideas.

As I was getting ready to go out, I looked at YouTube on my phone. I noticed two videos on my newsfeed called "Fear Not - Choose to Believe" and "The Power of God's Love" both by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

I believe both videos were confirming the answers I had been given earlier.

Thank you, God!

At this expo I was working at, I was helping visitors print out their badges with the scanning machine. Whenever I or anyone got close to the scanning machine, it would automatically scan the barcode on their badge and print out another badge. I found  it quite hilarious. 😄 I had to either hide my lanyard badge inside my jacket or try not to stand close to the machine. It got me thinking about functions. About Angels

Do I believe in angels? I have always believed in angels. Years ago when a van came from nowhere and almost ran me over, someone pulled me out of the way. I turned round to thank the person, but there was no one there, at least they were not visible to my senses. I believe I was saved by an angel. When I followed the New Age, the belief was you could call on angels to do your bidding. Some people even worshipped angels. As a Christian, I now follow the teachings in the Bible. Angels appear frequently in the Bible. In the Bible: - Angels are God's messengers. For instance  the angel Gabriel was sent by God to tell the virgin Mary that she had been chosen to be the mother of Jesus. If at First You Don't Succeed

So I put a quiche in the oven to heat it up. By the time I checked it again, it was overdone. I had to scrape the burnt bits off. I didn't share that information with my flatmate, who was at work at the time. The very next day, my flatmate bought me the exact same quiche from the supermarket. I told her I had "cooked" a quiche the day before but it was more burnt than cooked. I believe God had inspired my flatmate to buy that quiche for me. It was His way of saying, if at first you don't succeed, try again.😊 Tomorrow I will have the quiche and be sure to follow the heating instructions. Thank you, Lord, for caring about everything that concerns me including cooking. ❤️
