Biblical Meditation

Biblical meditation is totally different from secular meditation.

When I practised secular meditation, it was about emptying the mind. What I didn't realise was I was inviting demonic spirits to enter.  (See Matthew 12: 43-44) No wonder I was often spiritually attacked and almost died on a few occasions.

With Biblical meditation, you are focused on God and His laws and He fills you up with His Presence which drives away negativity.

Thank you, Lord, for showing me how to meditate and fill me up with Your Presence. ❤️
